Our story starts with two sisters who share a passion for plants and photography. Carsen (oldest) and Tiernan (youngest) are not only close in age but in everything they do. Born & raised amongst the corn fields of Carroll County, the sisters grew up playing soccer, helping their mom in the garden, and attending the same schools.
Both girls had a knack for creating and capturing little moments from our childhood on our moms digital camera. So, one year for Christmas our grandfather gifted us our very own camera - a point a shoot cannon Power Shot A560, and the rest was history.
Tiernan gravitated towards photography and took classes in undergrad to learn the inner workings of the magic of a mirrorless moment machine. Carsen grew into a social butterfly and towards the digital landscape called Instagram.
Carsen founded the business in 2020 (originally Project Connect) during the chaos of Covid-19. Her mission was to help local businesses stay connected with their customers when we were all forced to remain apart.
The sister's love for growing things exceeded beyond plants. Eventually Carsen brought her sister Tiernan on board to help with managing new clients. Together they now run the company Monster Marketing LLC with the goal of growing their clientele, in addition to their many houseplants.
